I recently placed a gift order for a plant, however, fresh flowers were delivered instead. When I contacted Gulf Gate about this, they apologized, corrected their mistake, and a gorgeous plant was delivered to the recipient. I appreciate Gulf Gate correcting this, and I look forward to being a continued customer with this company who not only provides beautiful flowers and plant arrangements, yet also excellent customer service.
