The actual flower arrangement was perfect and delivery time was on point. However, my mother told me the flowers did not appear old, but the entire bouquet was wilted upon arrival, possibly due to the delivery vehicle having the windows down and being not air-conditioned. She gave them water and they perked up a bit, but I feel this is unfortunate - to take the time to make such a lovely arrangement and the customer pays quite a hefty sum and then the mother gets 'the wilts' on Mother's Day. In the past we've had excellent experiences - air conditioned vehicles are a thumbs up for the blooms!

I had ordered flowers for my husband’s birthday. Not only was the WRONG arrangement delivered, the driver was arguing with Gulf Gate as I was on the phone with them….when I finally received the correct flowers, the card I had ordered was missing…discount or refund? No way UPDATE: Herb made sure I was satisfied with his response to the delivery issues. And I must say, the arrangement was gorgeous. Will continue to order from him, they are always beautiful.
